The beach access was just incredible! 😍 And the staff, especially Ahmed from reception and Mahmoud at the pool bar, made our stay unforgettable. Just a heads up, the room could use a bit of updating.

The spa staff could use a language upgrade for smoother communication!!! a few areas within the hotel show their age, and it wouldn’t hurt to enhance some installations!!! More diverse activities outside the resort would be nice!!!
